Flatlander

Flatlander - (n.)  a term used in mountainous regions of North America, to denote an outsider, someone who doesn't belong. Adventure in the mountains isn't just for those living at high altitudes. We who live on the Great Plains bear the name "Flatlander" proudly as we conquer the great outdoors and prove we do belong. Get out, struggle through the mountains and conquer them!
